Consumer Smarts

If you've purchased or received a Consumer Smarts coupon book for 2006-2007, you'll notice that we have three coupons available. The following conditions and restrictions apply to those coupons:

Save the Taxes

Coupon: Save the taxes on your next construction project.

• On any construction project, we'll deduct 14% from your total project costs.
• Coupon cannot be applied to either of the other two coupons available, and cannot be combined with any other offer from ATB Construction & Renovation.

Painting

Coupon: Get three rooms of your house painted, inluding the paint for only $450.

• Room sizes permitted up to 12x14 per room, or up to equivalent total square footage in three or less rooms. For instance, one room that is 24x28 counts as two rooms.
• Cost of primer not included, but labour costs for applying primer are included in total charge. If you use tinted primer for a light-color paint, the cost of primer will be included and only one coat of paint applied.
• It is assumed that each room requires two coats of paint.
• Customer is responsible for moving furniture to the center of the room, or out of the way.
• Ceilings not included.
• Taxes extra.

Flooring

Coupon: Hardwood and ceramic tile flooring installation for only $2.25/sq ft.

• Covers installation charges only. Materials not included.
• Floor must be in a condition to accept new flooring (ie, if existing flooring must be stripped, additional charges will apply).
• Customer is responsible for moving any furniture, or additional charges may apply for moving.
• Taxes extra.
